Frequently asked questions and answers

We exclusively use Bpost for sending our shipments. As soon as we receive your payment, we guarantee that your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days. The exception to this is during a holiday period, but this will be clearly indicated when you place your order.

Delivery time with Bpost is 1 to 2 business days. Here you can choose 3 possible ways:

  • Mailbox – 7 euros
  • To a package vending machine – 5 euros
  • To a collection point – 5 euros

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Bpost itself.

If you still haven’t received anything after 7 business days, something may have gone wrong. For this, please contact us at the number: 0456 42 14 70.

If you are going to pick up the parcel late and thus unavailable, your shipment will be reshipped only after you have paid the shipping fee for it again according to the stated rates.

IMPORTANT: Immediately after receiving your items, please check that the order is complete and undamaged. If not, please contact us within 24h at info@RaFoLL.com. Add pictures if necessary to make the problem clear.

Too bad you don’t like the product you ordered. You have a maximum of 14 days to return your package.

Through our returns portal, you can easily create your own return label. You are responsible for properly shipping your return. Please note that return costs are always at your own expense.

We will not accept unstamped returns.
Unfortunately, if you have worn the product or if there are damages, we cannot take it back. Also, products purchased at a discount will not be returned.
Upon receipt of your shipment, you will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Colors may vary at www.RaFoLL.com from actual product color. This can happen because of both the lighting when you take the pictures and the settings on your computer or the type of monitor you use.
